2. What Data We Process and Why

This is a business-to-business website. We process the personal data you submit through our contact form (name, business email address, preferred call time slot, market segment, sample pack preference) and the contents of any email you send us, for the following purposes:

  • Responding to your inquiry — answering questions about our products, certifications and partnership terms.
  • Scheduling a discovery call — arranging the 15–20 minute call you request at your preferred time slot.
  • Dispatching product samples — preparing and sending a tailored sample pack, if you request one.
  • Newsletter — sending B2B product and company updates, only if you have explicitly opted in.

3. Legal Bases

  • Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (inquiry handling, discovery-call scheduling, sample dispatch).
  • Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries and developing B2B partnerships.
  • Article 6(1)(a) GDPR — your consent, for the newsletter. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing.

4. Data Retention

Inquiry and discovery-call data is retained for as long as needed to handle your request and for a follow-up period thereafter [retention period to be confirmed during legal review]. Newsletter data is retained until you unsubscribe. Data connected to a concluded business relationship may be retained longer where required by accounting or tax law.

5. Recipients and Processors
